INCOMING MESSAGE ROUTING

Routing To Message Inbox | Automatically routes incoming SMS messages to a single User’s Inbox or to a User Group’s Inbox. From within the Inbox the single User or User Group can view, save, delete or reply to messages received.

Area Code Based Routing | Automatically routes incoming SMS messages based on the area code of the sender’s phone number.

Time/Date Based Routing | Automatically routes incoming SMS messages based on the time of day, day of the week, or the month the incoming message is received.

Keyword Based Routing |Automatically routes incoming SMS messages based on the Keyword in the incoming message. Any Keyword can be used!

Expression Based Routing |Automatically routes incoming SMS messages based on a particular expression contained in the message. For Example: If the sender’s message contains an expression about pricing, such as “how much does it cost”, “what’s the price”, “do you charge tax”, “how do I pay you”, etc, the message can be automatically routed to the employee, department or group responsible for price quotes.

Contact Group Based Routing |Automatically routes incoming SMS messages received from senders who are a member of a Contact Group based on the specific Contact Group of which the sender is a member.

Texted Phone Number Based Routing | Automatically routes incoming SMS messages based on the Number the sender texted.

Opt-Out Message | Automatically removes the phone number of a sender from a specific Contact Group, if the incoming message from the sender contains the “opt-out” Keyword assigned to that specific Contact Group. So, the sender can leave (a/k/a “opt-out”) a Contact Group by simply texting the “opt-out” Keyword assigned to that specific Contact Group.

NEW INCOMING MESSAGE NOTIFICATION

Message Notifications | Automatically sends a SMS notification to a single User’s cell phone or SMS enabled phone number, or to the cell phone or SMS enabled phone number of each one of the Users in a User Group, each time a new SMS message is received.

Computer Notifications | Automatically displays a popup on the screen of the User’s computer, each time a new message is received in their single inbox or User Group inbox. Coming soon!

INCOMING MESSAGE CONTENT

Text | Receives plain text messages of up to 160 characters per message. Incoming messages containing more than 160 characters will be split into separate segments, but concatenated and displayed as one single message in the User’s Inbox.

MMS | Receives media like photos, images scannable coupon codes, etc.

AUTOMATED REPLIES TO INCOMING MESSAGES

Unconditional Automated Reply | Automatically replies to any incoming SMS message with a predetermined reply message.

Menu Based Automated Reply | Automatically replies to the initial SMS message received from a sender, and presents to the sender a Menu of Keywords. If the sender replies using one of the Keywords on the Menu, the app will automatically reply to the sender with the predetermined message for that specific Keyword.
EXAMPLE: “Text ATLANTA for Atlanta show times, CHICAGO for Chicago show times, NASHVILLE for Nashville show times”. If the sender replies “ATLANTA” the app replies with the predetermined message for the Keyword “ATLANTA”, If the sender replies “CHICAGO” the app replies with the predetermined message for the Keyword “CHICAGO”, etc.

Match Based Automated Reply | Automatically replies to any incoming SMS message that contains one of the User’s Keywords with a custom message assigned to that specific Keyword. If the incoming text message does not contain a correct Keyword, this app automatically replies with an error message such as “The keyword you used does not match our records or is misspelled, is no longer in use, or does not exist. Please try again”.

Expression Based Automated Reply | Automatically replies to an incoming SMS message that contains a particular expression.
EXAMPLE: If the sender’s message contains an expression about pricing, such as “how much does it cost”, “what’s the price”, “do you charge tax”, “how do I pay you”, etc, this app can automatically reply with a message that includes pricing information.

Area Coded Based Automated Reply | Automatically replies to an incoming SMS message based on the area code of the sender’s cell phone number (Caller ID). The automated reply message can be designed for all senders with cell phone numbers in the specific area code.

Time Sensitive Based Automated Reply | Automatically replies to an incoming SMS message based on the time of day, day of the week, or month of the year that the incoming message is received.
SEND ONE MESSAGE TO ONE RECIPIENT

Manually Send Via Button | Users can click on a button and send a SMS message to one recipient, by typing-in the recipient's cell phone number and a text message, then clicking the “send” button.  The message is sent immediately.

Manually Send From Address Book |Users can send a SMS message to any Contact in the Address Book, by clicking on “Address Book”, searching and finding the contact, typing-in a text message, then clicking the “send” button.  The message is sent immediately.

Manually Reply From Message Inbox | Users can locate a received message in their Inbox and manually reply to the sender by typing-in a text message, then clicking the “send” button.  The message is sent immediately.

Schedule A Message To One Recipient | Users can schedule the delivery of a message to one recipient for a future date and time.  The message is automatically delivered at the scheduled date and time.

SEND ONE MESSAGE TO MANY RECIPIENTS

Send Generic Message To A Contact Group | Users can send one message to everyone in a Contact Group.  The message is sent to everyone in the Contact Group immediately. 

Schedule A Message To A Contact Group | Users can schedule the delivery of a message to a Contact Group at a future date and time.  The message is automatically delivered to everyone in the Contact Group at the scheduled date and time.

Send Personalized Message To A List Of Contacts | Users can send a message to a list of contacts, with each message automatically personalized with the recipient's first name.  For example: "Hello (first name), thanks for visiting ABC Hair Salon, it was a pleasure to serve you. You'll receive a 10% discount on your next visit. Hope to see you soon!

Send Appointment Reminder Message | Automatically sends an appointment reminder message 1 hour, 2 hours and/or 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Send Messages In A Series | Automatically sends a series of messages, with each message in the series sent one-at-a-time, in the correct sequential order.  For example, the User could send a new customer a total of three (3) “welcome” messages, with only one of the messages sent at-a-time, instead of sending all three (3) messages at the same time.  The 1st message could the an “intro” or “setup” message, the second message could be a “tips & advice” message and the 3rd message could be a “survey” or “upgrade now” message. One message could be automatically delivered each week, in sequential order, improving your customer care and follow up with your customers.

OUTGOING MESSAGE TOOLS

Outbound Caller ID | If you have two (2) or more SMS enabled phone numbers, you can select any one of the phone numbers to send a message “From”, enabling you to control which phone number the message recipient sees in their Caller ID, when they receive a message from you.

Character Count | This feature helps you keep your message length within the standard limit of 160 characters, by displaying the amount of characters left in real-time, as you’re typing the message.

Outgoing Queue | You can view, monitor and delete messages that are scheduled for future delivery before they are sent out.

Send MMS | Now, you can send photos and images from your computer to any cell phone or SMS enabled device!

MESSAGE MANAGEMENT

Message Inbox | Users can quickly and easily read, reply and delete received SMS messages from their personal Inbox and/or User Group Inbox.  Users who belong to any User Group have two Inboxes- a personal Inbox and a Group Inbox. The personal Inbox will contain all received personal messages and the Group Inbox will have all messages received by the User Group.

Message Log | Users can view a list of both received and sent messages with details, including the phone number each message was sent "from", the phone number each message was sent "to", the day, date and time each message was sent; the full body of the message, and the status of the message ("delivered", “received”, "failed", "pending", etc).  Up to 100 entries can be viewed at a time and the messages are listed in chronological order beginning with the most recent SMS message. Users can perform a search for specific messages using a Keyword or other search criteria.

Conversation View | Users can view complete two-way SMS conversations with messages received from the sender highlighted with a blue background and messages sent highlighted with a green background- similar to the look and feel of a smart phone.  Users can also view photos and images (MMS) received from the sender, and can also reply to messages from the sender.
