EXAMPLE: A hotel could have a reply message like: “For ABC Hotel reservations, directions, and info about our amenities, rooms and special offers, go to www.ABChotel.com”.

MENU BASED AUTO REPLY | Automatically replies to the initial incoming SMS message with a Menu of Keywords. If the sender replies using one of the Keywords on the Menu, the app will automatically reply to the sender with the predetermined message for that specific Keyword.
EXAMPLE: “Text ATLANTA for Atlanta show times, CHICAGO for Chicago show times, NASHVILLE for Nashville show times”. If the sender replies “ATLANTA”, the app replies with the predetermined message for the Keyword “ATLANTA”. If the sender replies “CHICAGO”, the app replies with the predetermined message for the Keyword “CHICAGO”.

SPECIFIC KEYWORD BASED AUTO REPLY | Automatically replies if the incoming SMS message contains a specific Keyword(s) with the reply predetermined message for that specific Keyword. If the incoming SMS message does not contain the specific Keyword(s), the app automatically replies with an error message such as “The keyword you used does not match our records, is misspelled, is no longer in use, or doesn’t exist. Please try again”.

EXPRESSION BASED AUTO REPLY | Automatically replies to an incoming SMS message that contains a particular expression.
EXAMPLE: If the sender’s message contains an expression about pricing, such as “how much does it cost”, “what’s the price”, “do you charge tax”, “how do I pay you”, etc, the app can automatically reply with a message that includes pricing information, like “For details about pricing, billing, forms of payment and more, click this link www.Gr8rDeals.com/pricing".

AREA CODE BASED AUTO REPLY | Automatically replies to an incoming SMS message based on the area code of the sender’s phone number. A a specific reply message can be assigned to each area code. If a SMS message is received from an area code for which there is no assigned reply message, the app automatically replies with an error message such as “unfortunately, we do not provide service in your area, but only to customers in the Jacksonville, FL 904 area code”.

TIME SENSITIVE BASED AUTO REPLY | Automatically replies to an incoming SMS message based on the time of day, day of the week, or month of the year the message is received.
EXAMPLE: If the message is received after normal business hours, the app automatically replies “You have reached us after normal business hours, which is 9AM to 5PM Monday - Friday. Please contact us again tomorrow. Thanks!”
